Natural stoneware glazed ceramic raised bowl with hand painted blue leaf garland floral design

This ceramic bowl sits on a raised collar for drama on your worktop. It is a pretty addition to your kitchen and table. The garland designs are hand painted with blue oxide pigment stain then glazed with a transparent glaze to allow the natural biscuit clay to show through. The size makes it ideal for fruit, nibbles, deserts and nuts.

These dishes are made by hand, in small batches, by me at my studio in Nailsworth, Gloucestershire. Each design varies slightly and will include leaves, hearts and striped bands.

• smaller approx size 13cm diameter wide x 16cm tall
• medium approx size 15cm diameter wide x 17cm tall
• larger approx size 20cm diameter wide x 17cm tall
• this item is food safe and dishwasher safe though hand washing is preferable
• each item varies slightly as the clay is hand shaped, hand painted and kiln fired at high temperatures

This design also comes as oval and round side plates.
