This handy little ceramic vase topper can be placed over a jam jar, kilner jar, drinking glass or vase to create an easy flower bouquet. Fill your vessel with water, pop the ceramic vase topper on top and poke in some single stem flowers. No arranging skills needed as the holes in the topper create a hand tied posy effect for you. Home grown flowers often have weaker stems and this helps support them while adding a splash of complementary colour.
These make a very useful, special and postable gift.
Each vase topper is made by hand, in small batches, by me at my studio in Nailsworth, Gloucestershire from stoneware clay. Choose between a bright coloured scallop edged topper imprinted with a delicate mandala rangoli pattern then glaze or my new frill-edged pastel glazed topper for topping glasses.

each item varies slightly as the clay is hand shaped, hand glazed and kiln fired at high temperatures
